Italian winemaker Massimo Alois and Chef Justin Koslowsky will be curating a special menu of inspired dishes and wine pairings at Gianna on July 1, 2026.
Massimo Alois, owner of Cantine Alois in Campania, focuses on the revival of ancient, nearly forgotten grape varieties such as Pallagrello Bianco and Casavecchia.
The menu features 5 family style courses paired with selected Alois wines plus an exclusive Aperitivo Hour gathering to begin the festivities.
$130/person including wine pairings + tax and gratuity.
Aperitivo: Join us at the bar at 5 pm for an exclusive pre-dinner gathering featuring an Alois wine aperitivo cocktail and small bites.
1st: Dinner will begin at 6, starting with a first course of Louisiana blue crab, marinated tomato, basil, bread crumbs
2nd: Clams, mussels, salami, spaghetti, lemon butter
3rd: Grilled lamb chops, rosemary, roasted garlic, summer vegetables
4th: Peaches, burrata, white balsamic, mint
5th: Gianduja torte, vanilla whip
