5:00 PM | Welcome Reception: Arrive, unwind, and toast to the weekend with a glass of sparkling wine.

5:15 PM | Interactive Pasta Workshop: Chef Taylor will guide you through the architecture of perfect pasta. You'll dive into two core lessons:

Lesson One: The Art of the Dough (Flour selection, mixing, and the secrets to proper kneading).

Lesson Two: Tortelli Shaping (Perfecting fillings, folding techniques, and traditional shaping methods using fresh, pre-prepared dough sheets).

6:00 PM | The Social Club Supper: Take your seat at the table. Relax as our culinary team serves a beautifully curated, wine-paired three-course dinner featuring the very flavors you practiced shaping.

• Bread Service: House Focaccia with Whipped Herb Butter
• First Course: Farm Greens tossed in a crisp Champagne vinaigrette
• Main Course: Ricotta & Nduja Tortelli with Garden Vegetables, Lemon Zest, and a vibrant Strawberry Pomodoro
• Dessert: Olive Oil Cake finished with a warm Limoncello Syrup poured tableside
