Martini Cocktail Class - Sunday 1/25

Cost: $50

Up your martini game in 2026! You'll shake and stir and sample (of course!) your way through four martini cocktail variations, led by Cardinal bartender Parker Burton and Cardinal co-founder Jeff Wuslich. Whether you're a vodka loyalist or a big gin fan or looking for a fun new twist, this class will have a little something for everyone. We'll talk about technique, batching for crowds, garnish, etc. -- and you'll leave with lots of ideas for the season ahead, and maybe even find your signature martini! This class is for all skill levels; ages 21+.

When: Sunday January 25, 1-3pm

Where: Cardinal Spirits, 922 S. Morton St.

Cost: $50 per person
