A special winemaker dinner with Mark Ryan Winery at MEET Korean BBQ, bringing together bold Washington wines and a refined Korean BBQ experience. This one-night event features a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu paired with Mark Ryan’s expressive — each selected to complement the depth, richness, and fire-driven character of our meats.
Guests will enjoy a progression of premium cuts, including American Wagyu and dry-aged selections, alongside seasonal banchan and house-made accompaniments that highlight fermentation and balance.
Each course is designed to elevate both the wine and the dish, creating a seamless dialogue between glass and plate.
A representative from Mark Ryan Winery will be present to share insight into the winemaking process, vineyard sourcing, and the philosophy behind each pour, offering a deeper, more engaging dining experience.
