The evening begins with a reimagined French 75 and unfolds through a seasonal tasting menu designed to balance tradition with innovation. With limited seating, this experience is designed to feel personal, immersive, and distinctly refined.

• Welcome Beverage: French 75 Reimagined - Gin, lemon, lavender syrup, butterfly tea, faire le fete
• 1st Course: Tuna Tartare “Niçoise” – Ahi tuna, haricot vert, niçoise olives, potato nest, quail egg, cherry tomato slices, lemon, bocarones, frisee, niçoise vinaigrette
• 2nd Course: Bruleed Foie Gras Torchon – Natural raw sugar bruleed torchon, foie spice, brioche toast, apple jam, Toschi cherry syrup, maldon
• 3rd Course: “Bouillabaisse” – Tomato water, clams, mussels, shrimp, seabass, fennel fondant, blistered cherry tomatoes, fried parsley
