Blackened Swordfish with Clam Cannellini Ragout, $35
A perfectly grilled swordfish filet coated in Chula’s signature blackened spice blend and layered over a slow-simmered cannellini bean ragout with littleneck clams, rainbow chard, mushrooms and sweet bell peppers in a rich, smoky broth. Served with house-made brown butter roasted corn cornbread.
Chula Seafood Grayhawk (North Scottsdale)
Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi, $28
Featuring mahi-mahi pan seared to a golden brown and topped with an umami vinaigrette, served with roasted cabbage that is finished with a garlic aioli, chives and fried garlic furikake.
