March Madness 6-wine, 4-Course Russian Valley Ron Rubin Wine Dinner

The 2026 wine Dinner Series at David Burke Tavern continues on Wednesday, March 25 with bit of Epicurean March (Pricing) Madness - a si wines paired with four courses for just $95. Wines from Sonoma's Russian Valley will take center stage. Specifically, those wines deemed intriguing enough to deliver what he calls "A beautiful experience for everyone" by River Road Family Vineyards and Winery owner Ron Rubin. 

 Six of his specially curated collection of wines will complement the four-course menu, the likes of Ron Rubin Russian Valley Sauvignon Blanc with Sea Bass Crudo, Green Papaya, Cucumber, Pickled Watermelon Radish, Rice Noodle Crispies and  Ron Rubin Russian Valley Pinot Noir and Ron Rubin Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with Pepper Crusted Dry Aged Sirloin Spring Leeks & Morels Herb Roasted Peewee Potatoes and Cowboy Sauce (see complete menu at https://davidburketavern.com/event/3-25-ron-rubin-david-burke-tavern-wine-dinner/.
