About the Class
Cook hands-on with Chef Geno Bahena, learning traditional Mexican techniques, flavor layering, and regional mole traditions. Dinner is served at the end, and you take home your mole.
Small groups. All skill levels welcome. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free options available.
