This hands on cooking class will transport us to Spain! The menu will include 4 courses of delicious foods inspired by Spanish cuisine.

You will enjoy a salad "bar" with traditional Spanish ingredients to make your own, as well as enjoy a meat and cheese board. As a class we will make paella, everyone will enjoy selecting their own ingredients and their own pan serving. For dessert- alfajores, shortbread cookies with dulche de leche! The only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask!

You must have a paid ticket to attend. Price includes your meal, 3 hours of hands on instruction AND you will take home your paella pan to enjoy again and again!
