Become oompa loompas at Miami's first chocolate factory! We'll take a very small group into our production space to show you how we turn cacao beans into chocolate. Our semi-private tour will offer a behind-the-scenes view into our four day chocolate making process version, but if you show too much promise as a chocolatemaker we might just keep you for several more days! You will taste along the experience several products we make thru each step of the process.

One of our chocolate gurus will teach this class on how we temper chocolate to create our award-winning bars! Each participant will get to temper their own chocolate and mold to make their own custom bars to take home. Choose to keep your signature chocolate bars plain or mix with various inclusions that we think pair very well with chocolate. If you're feeling artistic, paint your bars with edible paints that we also use to make our signature confections. Guests leave with a few tastes from class and three molded, packaged chocolate bars.

Children over 12 yo are welcome to join! Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes to the tour. We will provide hairnets for the journey. Our factory awaits you!
