Chef Erin’s pasta-making class was so much fun! Luis and I had a great time learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch, laughing along the way, and enjoying some seriously delicious food. Chef Erin made everything easy to follow and kept the class fun, relaxed, and hands-on. This was such a fun and informative class! I do think it should be noted that you will cook and prepare the meal at home. The class is just to make the fresh pasta and get the ingredients for the dish. The picture I’m attaching is our final result that we cooked at home, very delicious.
