He breaks everything down in a way that feels approachable, even if you’ve never made sushi before, while still sharing great tips and techniques that make you feel like you’re learning something truly special. The class was hands-on, well-paced, and full of little insights you wouldn’t get from a recipe or video. Chef Mark is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does, which makes the entire experience even better. Plus, the sushi we made was a delicious reward at the end.
