I took this class with my partner for Valentine's Day, Chef Harold was great! He spoke about his background and experience and was also very funny! Pretty casual, appreciated the variety of rolls we made (1 sweet potato hand roll, 1 shrimp tempura hand roll, and 1 spicy tuna roll). And he and his wife also made us miso soup!
