Excellent class with chef Harold today. He was warm, personal and funny, and he showed us in a hands-on way how to make the sushi. We used his recipes which were delicious. In addition, I have a gluten allergy and he was very careful to provide me with gluten-free options so that I could enjoy all of the things that we made.
