Chef Rob will welcome Nicolas Delaroque of Maison Nico for a collaborative menu showcasing rich, charcuterie-driven cuisine and seasonal preparations. The evening will feature some of Maison Nico’s most celebrated specialties, including pâté en croûte and pithivier, alongside thoughtfully paired dishes from our culinary team.
