Maestro Dobel X Valle Bar Takeover

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Valle Bar with a spirited evening honoring the bold flavors and traditions of Mexico. Presented in partnership with Tequila Dobel, this special one-night celebration brings together exceptional tequila, vibrant cuisine, and the lively energy of Valle Bar.

The evening begins with an exclusive tequila master class led by DOBEL’s brand ambassador, offering guests an introduction to the craftsmanship and character behind one of Mexico’s most celebrated spirits. From there, Chef Roberto Alcocer is joined by Chef David Rocha of Comal in Ensenada for a festive culinary collaboration inspired by the heart of Mexican cooking.

The evening’s bar bites highlight elemental traditions — from corn and the clay comal to the smoky depth of live-fire cooking — with each bite thoughtfully paired with Dobel tequila cocktails designed to complement the flavors of the experience.
