We'll begin with a brief introduction to the laboratory, equipment, and available ingredients before you start experimenting. Sample recipes are provided for inspiration, but there are no recipes to follow unless you want them. This experience is about discovering your own flavor combinations while I guide, encourage, and answer questions along the way.

Every workshop is a little different because every group brings new ideas to the laboratory. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where creativity thrives, curiosity is celebrated, and experimentation is encouraged.
