Raise a glass to beer and BBQ with Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse and The Shop Beer Co.!

On Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 6 p.m., Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse hosts “Beers & BBQ,” a four-course beer-pairing dinner featuring brews from The Shop Beer Co. and BBQ delicacies prepared by Chef Alberto Urias. The menu is as follows:

 

First course: Harry House Pilsner with Traditional Bruschetta featuring tomato, mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze

Second course: Crispy Lager with The Liberty Dog, a smoked sausage served with spicy coleslaw and mustard

Third course: Church Music Hazy IPA with Berto’s BBQ Chicken, BBQ-marinated chicken breast served with scalloped potatoes and green beans

Fourth course: Coffee Brown Ale with Giselle’s Key Lime Pie
