Libation Bible School | Spirits Of Mexico, Part II - Wild Mezcal & Beyond

Cost: $70

A continuation of our The Spirits of Mexico' series, this second installment goes beyond tequila with an expert-led guided tasting of wild mezcals and other agave spirits, along with Mexican spirits beyond agave including Mexican whiskies, cane spirits and gin.

Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail followed by an interactive, guided tasting of 8 rare or esoteric Mexican spirits. Part history, part spirits education, part storytelling, our classes are both approachable and informative. We will cover the many intricate processes that determine a spirit's flavor & quality across the entire process of distillation.. Paired snacks will be served to accompany each pour. We will also talk about unique and underappreciated cocktail applications for a variety of Mexican spirits -- and how to best select bottles to mix & enjoy at home (and which ones are best saved for sipping).
