Lebanese Wine Dinner

Join us at Eden for a special evening celebrating the wines, flavors and traditions of Lebanon through a four-course dinner and curated wine pairings.

The evening will feature Mersel Wine and Château Mont d’Almaz, two distinctive producers from the mountains of North Lebanon. Together, their wines offer a look at Lebanon’s ancient winemaking culture through high-altitude vineyards, indigenous grape varieties, family heritage and modern, minimal-intervention techniques.

The experience will begin at the bar with a welcome cocktail and mezze, followed by a four-course seated dinner from Chef Devon Quinn. Each course will explore Lebanese flavors through Eden’s seasonal, ingredient-driven perspective, accompanied by curated wines from both producers.

Throughout the evening, discover the indigenous grapes, mountain vineyards, families and traditions behind each bottle.
