Join Eden for an evening celebrating the wines, flavors and traditions of Lebanon with a multi-course dinner and curated wine pairings.

The evening features Mersel Wine and Château Mont d’Almaz, two distinctive producers from the mountains of North Lebanon whose wines reflect the country’s ancient winemaking culture, high-altitude vineyards and modern, minimal-intervention techniques.

Led by winemaker Eddie Chami, Mersel Wine sources fruit from some of Lebanon’s highest vineyards, including sites approximately 2,400 meters above sea level. Its approach centers on natural winemaking and preserving indigenous Lebanese grape varieties, including Merwah from vines more than 150 years old.

Château Mont d’Almaz is a small, family-owned winery in Beit Menzer overlooking the historic Qadisha Valley. The Saade family grows all its grapes within the village, producing organically farmed, minimal-intervention wines that express North Lebanon’s distinctive mountain terroir.

Guests will begin with a welcome cocktail and mezze at the bar, followed by a four-course seated dinner from Chef Devon Quinn. The menu explores Lebanese flavors through Eden’s seasonal, ingredient-driven perspective, paired with wines from both producers. Along the way, guests will discover the indigenous grapes, mountain vineyards and family traditions behind each bottle.

The Experience Includes:

• Welcome cocktail and mezze at the bar

• Four-course seated dinner by Chef Devon Quinn

• Curated wine pairings from Mersel Wine and Château Mont d’Almaz

• Dessert to conclude the evening
