Join Byblos owner Walid, alongside WSET-Certified wine expert Bob, for a dazzling night where culinary artistry meets cultural celebration. This immersive experience features seven courses of authentic Lebanese cuisine, each thoughtfully paired with award-winning wines in elegant 2–3 oz tasting pours. From mezze to mixed grill, every bite is a journey—and every sip, a story.

First Course: Welcome Mezze & Rosé Toast

Begin your evening with a trio of traditional Lebanese starters, served with a refreshing welcome wine.

  • Wine Pairing: Makmel Cuvee Francisca Rosé (North Bekaa, Lebanon) – A dry, floral rosé with notes of strawberry and citrus to awaken the palate

Second Course: Garden-Fresh Tabbouleh
