Learn To Make Real Italian Prosciutto

Cost: $125 includes the ham, $175 per couple if two people want to share one ham.

In Italy, the onset of the holiday means prosciutto making time is fast approaching. Would you like to be part of the tradition? Learn to make real Italian Prosciutto at our annual class. The class is a process and is held 3 sessions (1st-January 2nd-early March, & 3rd-mid November), all of which must be attended, to complete the process. This year's initial session is Sunday Jan. 18, 2026.All participants must complete and return an enrollment form.
