Join us for our first cheese-making class and learn how to make ricotta cheese!
John will take you through a live demonstration and make a batch of ricotta cheese. He'll show you what to do, and provide a recipe to take home.
This event is more than just a class! Enjoy samples of various cheeses, an adult beverage of your choice, and a cannoli made with this recipe for ricotta cheese.
