Our first cheese-making class was a huge success, so we are doing it again! For this class, we will make Basket Cheese -- a fresh, mild Italian cheese that is a staple for Easter.

John will take you through a live demonstration and make a batch of basket cheese. He'll show you what to do, and provide a recipe to take home.

This event is more than just a class! Enjoy samples of various basket cheeses, an adult beverage of your choice, and other tasty snacks.

*The class will be held at The Washington Winery in downtown Washington.
*This event is for those 21+.
