On Friday, 3/20, Le Bouchon will be hosting a One-Night-Only Wine Dinner with Harold Langlais, Owner of Le Puy in Francs Cotes de Bordeaux.
Le Puy is truly a One of a Kind Estate in Bordeaux. Terroir-Driven wines made using strict Biodynamics and a light touch.
Harold will be in all night pouring the wines and talking about the estate to each table. The menu is as follows:
1st: White Asparagus w/ Clams and a Wine Sauce
Paired with: Le Puy "Rose Marie" Rose
2nd: Tarte aux Champignons
Paired with: Le Puy "Duc des Nauves" Rouge
3rd: Venison Loin, Sauce Bordelaise
Paired With: Le Puy "Emilien" Rouge
4th: Tomme de Bordeaux Fromage
Paired with: Le Puy "Marie-Cecile" Blanc
$150/ Head + Tax + Tip.
No Substitutions / Wine Pairings Required / Regular Menu will NOT be available.
