L’Apéro Wine Club: Exploring Wine Pairing

L’Apéro by L'appartement 4F's wine club is here! Our next wine club, exploring pairings, takes place on August 19th at 6:30PM. This wine club is a great way to discuss wine in a casual, engaging, community oriented environment. We aim to eliminate the daunting beginnings of learning about wine, and replace that with a good time and even better company. Our wine club welcomes all levels, from the wine curious to the expert blind tasting nerds!

What to expect: A 90 minute class on the quaint streets of Brooklyn Heights, outside our bakery/wine bar. We will pour four wines (2oz pours) that interact with acidic, sweet, salty, and spicy in a conversation worthy way.

Irene Hayes, our in house wine buyer and sommelier, will walk through the age old question, "What is natural wine?" and "What pairs well together, why?!"

Come prepared to engage in meaningful discussion around what we are seeing, tasting, smelling, etc. We're all friends here!
