Taste your way from coast to coast with 14 premium raw oysters per guest, featuring both East Coast and West Coast selections, paired with four curated wines designed to complement and contrast each oyster.

Throughout the guided tasting, explore the nuances of merroir, salinity, sweetness, texture and finish as we discover how growing region, water, temperature and merroir shape the character of each oyster—and how the right wine can completely transform the tasting experience.

We highly encourage participants to already enjoy raw oysters. This experience is dedicated entirely to tasting, comparing and understanding oysters. There is no shucking portion.
