Join us for our Spring 2026 semester opening reception! Food stations, wine stations, and passed hors d'oeuvres are included in your ticket.
La Chanterelle, the non-traditional classroom, is a learning lab within the Gerrish School of Business at Endicott College located inside Misselwood Estate. Our classes encourage students in all majors across campus to learn transferable management skills in relation to leadership, time management, situational awareness, and professional communication skills. In a live food and beverage environment, our Culinary arts students explore, create, and dish up multicultural cuisines each week, while our Service Management students interact directly with our guests and showcase professional wine service.
We kick off each semester with an opening reception, where guests are able to interact with all of our students, and explore all aspects of our classroom (even the kitchen!). This is a walkthrough style reception, with food and wine stations throughout the entire house, and passed hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy being immersed in our classroom, as we help mold the professionals of the future, all while enjoying the delicious savory and sweet food items and delectable wines!
There will also be a special mocktail of the night for those who prefer non-alcoholic alternatives
