Founded in 1970, Ponzi Vineyards was established by Dick and Nancy Ponzi to prove Oregon’s potential for world-class pinot noir, releasing its first wines in 1974 when the state’s industry was just emerging. Today, internationally recognized for pinot noir and chardonnay and part of Groupe Bollinger, Ponzi remains deeply rooted in Oregon with a strong commitment to sustainability. The estate helped define the Laurelwood District AVA, with LIVE Certified Sustainable vineyards since 2000 and a gravity-flow winery that reflects its focus on meticulous farming and balanced, site-driven wines.
