Willett Distillery, founded in 1936 in Bardstown, Kentucky, is a historic, family-owned bourbon producer known for its deep roots and craftsmanship. Revived by the Kulsveen family in the early 2000s, it quickly built a loyal following for its small-batch bourbons and ryes—particularly its coveted Family Estate single barrels—defined by meticulous barrel selection and bold, complex flavor profiles.
