Planteray Rum, founded in 1999 by Alexandre Gabriel of Maison Ferrand, is a globally sourced rum rooted in the heritage of Barbados’ West Indies Rum Distillery (est. 1893). Partnering with distillers across the Caribbean and beyond, it showcases a diverse range of rum styles and terroirs. Most expressions are double-aged—first in the tropics, then in Europe, often in French cognac casks—resulting in balanced, complex rums suited for both sipping and cocktails.
