Blending bold spices with delicate technique, chef Dan will guide guests through the process of building layered flavor, from perfectly seasoned lamb to the balance of chili crisp, fresh herbs, and creamy labneh. This experience highlights his signature approach to globally inspired, deeply satisfying cuisine.
