Knead to Know invites guests into the shared world of fermentation, where bread and wine speak the same language. Led by Codi Ellen Rowles alongside GM Cameron Porter, this intimate seminar explores native yeast through hands-on sourdough making and site-driven wine tasting. Guests will learn to cultivate their own sourdough starter, taste a curated lineup of wines that express our estate, and take home a freshly baked loaf of their own. This experience is limited to just 20 guests.
