Kilinga Bacanora is a family-owned Sonoran agave spirit founded in 2018, created from hand-selected agave nurtured for years in the nursery before being roasted in mesquite-fired volcanic stone ovens and double-distilled for clarity. The Blanco reflects this process from fields to glass, shaped by filtered rainwater from hand-dug wells and the desert landscape where Bacanora has persisted despite a long outlawed past. Named in honor of the founder’s mother, Kilinga captures the region’s untamed spirit and offers a bright, expressive introduction to this historic Sonoran tradition.
