Kay Cheon is the 2025 United States Barista Champion and placed 8th in the 2025 World Barista Championship in Milan, Italy. We are honored to have Kay join us from Santa Barbara to present his competition routine.

Experience a world-class performance created exclusively for judges during the World Barista Championships. Guests will be served the full competition service:

• an espresso course
• a milk course
• a signature beverage
• Q&A to follow service

These drinks are normally never served to the public. They are created exclusively for judges during the World Barista Championships and exist only within the competition setting. The coffees themselves are exceptionally rare micro-lots, sourced through direct relationships between Kay and the producer, grown specifically for competition rather than normal consumption, and roasted for performance rather than commercial release.

From cultivation to processing to roasting, every step was curated with one purpose — competition. They are not designed as cafe beverages or tasting flights, but as a complete sensory performance evaluated at the highest level of specialty coffee.

For guests, this means you are effectively sitting in the judge’s seat.

Events like this almost never happen outside of official competition stages, and we are incredibly honored that Kay chose The Wild Fox to share this experience.

Each ticket is $225.00 per person and includes a full three course competition presentation (20 minutes), Question & Answer with Kay (~30 minutes), and a gift bag.
