For one special evening, we welcome visionary pastry chef Eunji Lee of Lysée for a sweet celebration of Korean gastronomy. Joo Ok Executive Chef Chang-ho Shin has collaborated with Lee on a multicourse dessert menu that spotlights the best ingredients of the season, featuring fresh vegetables grown especially for the event on our upstate farm.
The evening will begin with a fresh rendition of our signature Perilla dish, reimagined through Chef Lee’s pastry lens. A savory course inspired by Lysée will follow, incorporating our spring namul. Desserts, including exquisite creations from Chef Lee and her team, will be served in two acts, concluding with a selection of Lysée’s delicate petit fours and our housemade byung-gwa.
