Maison BARNES, in partnership with IWA, invites you to discover the evolution of sake through the lens of Assemblage. Created by Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, IWA reimagines the traditional Japanese craft through the art of blending, achieving a profound balance of weight, depth, and complexity.

This exclusive vertical tasting of four distinct Assemblages (3 through 6) will be hosted and guided by Aurelie Vix, Brand & Strategic Market Director.

To mirror the elegance of the liquid, Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Romain Paumier have crafted a menu of seasonal canapés, accented by the refined salinity of Petrossian caviar.
