Join us on Thursday, March 19th for a very special Sake tasting, featuring IWA 5 Sake, which will be paired with Petrossian Caviar.
IWA 5 Sake is an ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo made in Toyama, Japan, created by Richard Geoffroy (former Chef de Cave of Champagne Dom Pérignon).
Built on the Champagne-inspired idea of assembling multiple base sakes for depth and precision, we will taste Assemblage 5, Assemblage 6, and the rare Reserves side by side, moving from expressive fruit and florals through to a sleeker, drier profile and finally into the deepest, most complex expression of the house style. Senior Area Manager, Bill Rieger will guide us through this night.
