Learn the art of Italian cheese making with Chef Franco-join this hands-on workshop and take home your own fresh mozzarella. #SocietySession

Discover the art of Italian cheese making with us! Learn to craft fresh cheeses by hand and experience the tradition behind some of Italy’s most beloved staples.

Italian cheese making is rooted in simplicity, technique, and tradition—transforming milk into something rich, fresh, and deeply satisfying. Rather than relying on complexity, the process highlights timing, touch, and an understanding of ingredients.

In this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop, you’ll be guided through the process of making a range of fresh Italian cheeses, including mozzarella, ricotta, burrata, and more. Each participant will work step-by-step alongside Chef Franco, learning how to heat, stretch, and shape cheese using techniques inspired by traditional Italian methods.

This experience emphasizes craft, patience, and the joy of creating something with your own hands.

You’ll leave with approximately one pound of fresh mozzarella to take home, along with a deeper understanding of the cheese-making process as a whole.

A complimentary half-pour of Italian wine will be served upon arrival, with additional beverages available for purchase.
