Island Soul Dining is an intimate pop-up dinner created by Chef Jeffrey Crittenden blending soulful Bahamian cuisine with modern techniques.
Island Soul

Where Bahamian flavor meets elevated culinary craft.

Chef Jeffrey Crittenden invites you to an intimate evening of refined island cuisine featuring a curated multi-course tasting experience inspired by the vibrant flavors and traditions of the Bahamas.

This special pop-up marks the first installment of the Island Soul dining series, a celebration of Bahamian cuisine presented through a modern fine-dining lens.

From fresh local ingredients to bold tropical accents, each course tells a story of heritage, technique, and soul — the kind of flavor we say back home “das nice.”
Set in a beautiful downtown Chicago venue overlooking the iconic Cloud Gate sculpture (The Bean), this unique event brings together food, culture, and elevated hospitality for a truly memorable evening.

Because of the intimate nature of this experience, seating is extremely limited.
