Join us for a private blending class with Robert Likarish of Ironroot. In 2011, the Likarish brothers decided to throw caution to the wind and pursue distilling. The brothers found inspiration in adapting the French distilling techniques, especially the process of elévage, to tame the intense climate of Texas rather than imitate traditional flavor profiles. Discover the difference this technique makes as you taste a variety of Ironroot spirits and learn about their history.
