This is the perfect opportunity to dive into the world of sourdough! Join us at UVA Wine Bar Masphee, MA, USA for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn all the basics —from bubbly beginnings to beautifully baked loaves—while sharing tips and tricks for success at home.

You’ll get to mix your own starter to take home and sample a variety of freshly baked sourdough breads that will pair perfectly with Uva’s wines (available for purchase).

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this event is for you! Tierney will cover how a starter works, feeding schedules, simple baking timelines, and the foundational techniques that make homemade sourdough doable — even in a busy season of life.
