Want to learn more about cheese but not sure where to start? This is the class for you.

In this class, we taste five different styles of cheese and learn how they are made, what to pair with them, a little bit of history, tips on cheese care, and still leave plenty of time to answer all of your cheese questions. This is our most popular class and a great way to start a new hobby or expand your cheese horizons.

For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
