The Society of Innovators invites you to the launch of a new Innovation Dinner Series. These intimate, conversation-driven gatherings are designed to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, and creatives from across Northwest Indiana.

This first dinner features Marcos Hori, founder of MEGUMI, a clean Nikkei kitchen concept inspired by the vibrant fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.

The evening blends global food, local entrepreneurship, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed, creative setting. This exclusive experience is limited to just 30 guests.

Guests will enjoy a curated Nikkei tasting experience featuring:

• Signature maki rolls including Acevichado and Spicy Salmon
• Inka Roll with quinoa crunch
• Fresh tiradito cups with ají amarillo citrus
• Nikkei-style ceviche cups

The evening will also include a short, informal conversation with Marcos about his journey building MEGUMI and bringing a new global cuisine to Northwest Indiana.
