Guided by our expert Pastry Chef Instructor, you'll be taken through each step of the process, from whipping the perfect meringue and mastering the art of macaronage to piping, baking, filling, and assembling your own beautiful macarons.

Along the way, you'll gain valuable tips for troubleshooting common baking challenges and explore a variety of delicious filling options, including silky buttercream, rich chocolate ganache, and fruit preserves. By the end of class, you'll have the confidence and skills to recreate these bakery-worthy treats in your own kitchen.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as enjoyable for passionate home bakers as it is for first-time bakers looking to learn a new skill in a fun, welcoming environment.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price; however, guests 21+ may purchase beverages from the lobby bar within the venue.
