What You’ll Make

In this unique experience, you’ll explore a curated lineup of cocktails inspired by the classic margarita structure, featuring tequila, rum, brandy, and vodka. Each variation highlights the distinct personality of the spirit while maintaining that signature balance of citrus and sweetness that defines a well-built sour.

De will guide you through essential techniques including shaking, balancing flavors, and garnishing, while breaking down the simple ratio behind great cocktails—giving you tools you can easily apply at home. After the demonstration, guests will pair up and choose two cocktails to make themselves using professional bar tools.

By the end of class, you’ll understand how to build a balanced sour, how different spirits influence flavor, and how to confidently experiment with your own creations.

This class is designed to be approachable for all skill levels, whether you’re brand new to mixology or looking to expand your repertoire. Your workstation will be fully set up so you can jump right in.

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of two by sharing ingredients and equipment. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+ only.
