Join us for a fun, interactive cocktail class led by Ivan, where you’ll explore timeless drinks while learning the foundations of great bartending. Designed for beginners and enthusiasts alike, this class focuses on essential bar tools, proper technique, ingredient selection, and the balance principles that make a cocktail truly exceptional.

What You’ll Make:

You’ll explore four iconic cocktails, each highlighting a different spirit and method: the Old Fashioned, Dry Martini, Negroni, and Daiquiri. Through guided demonstrations and tastings, you’ll learn what makes each drink a cultural staple, from spirit-forward stirred classics to bright, citrusy shaken favorites. Participants will develop comprehensive mixology skills including proper stirring, shaking, muddling, and building techniques, while gaining insight into the historical context behind these enduring recipes. After sampling, you’ll pair up and choose two cocktails to recreate yourself, building confidence behind the bar with hands-on practice.

Whether you’re pursuing professional development in hospitality, enhancing your home bartending skills, or simply deepening your appreciation for craft cocktails, this class provides an excellent foundation. It blends technique, tasting, and history in a lively, social setting. All tools and ingredients are provided.

Our classes are designed to be approachable and fun for everyone, whether you’re brand new to cocktails or refining your craft. Just show up ready to mix, learn, and enjoy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of two by sharing ingredients and equipment. Outside beverages are not permitted. 21+ only.
