In two fun-filled hours you can become a confident bartender, creating delicious and gorgeous cocktails, to the delight of your guests. A master mixologist will walk you through how to stock a basic bar and create classic cocktails and some fun variations. In this class we’ll demonstrate how to make four classic drinks while teaching the history of the tools bartenders have been using for more than 150 years and how to use them like a pro. We’ll make and tell stories about a classic Negroni, the Majestic "Queen's Park Swizzle", the daring "Break a Leg" and the exciting "Firing Squad"

The instructor will demonstrate each cocktail on the menu, giving you the opportunity to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
