In this highly interactive and hands-on class, veteran CocuSocial Chef Instructor, Huong (Leenah) will enrich you with tips and tricks for making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice to cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy-to-follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - Tuna, Salmon, and California Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition.

This class is NOT BYOB! The hosting venue will provide a variety of drinks available for purchase. Bring your curiosity and appetite!
